Held in the energy of the New Moon, this sacred workshop is an invitation to slow down, release the weight of daily life, and reconnect with yourself through movement, rest, reflection, and healing.
The New Moon represents a time of renewal, possibility, and new beginnings. As nature turns inward, we are offered an opportunity to do the same, to listen deeply, reflect on what is ready to be released, and create space for what we wish to cultivate moving forward.
Our time together will begin with a collective card pull and intention-setting practice, allowing the energy and theme of the group to gently guide our experience.
From there, you will be led through a heartfelt gentle yoga flow designed to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and reconnect you with the grounding presence of your breath and body.
The journey will continue with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Shamanic Journey experience led by Jennifer Sicoli from Inner Light Intuitive, a ceremonial guide and facilitator. Through guided meditation, visualization, and deep rest, participants will be invited to explore their inner landscape and reconnect with their own wisdom and intuition.
Throughout the Yoga Nidra experience, Reiki healing energy will be offered to support relaxation, energetic balance, and restoration. Intuitive messages and insights may also arise during the journey, offering opportunities for reflection and personal connection.

No previous yoga, or meditation experience is required. All are welcome.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided for your comfort, though you are welcome to bring your own. You may also wish to bring a pillow, journal, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease.
