
Beginning yoga can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be.
This 6-week beginner yoga series is designed for anyone who is new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to build a stronger foundation in a supportive and welcoming environment.
In our small boutique studio, you will receive clear instruction, personal guidance, and the space to move at your own pace. Each week we will gently build upon the last, introducing foundational poses, breath awareness, and simple techniques that help you feel more comfortable and confident on your mat.
This course is not about flexibility or achieving the perfect pose.
It is about learning to listen to your body, connect with your breath, and cultivate a practice that supports your well-being.
Throughout the six weeks you will:
• Learn foundational yoga postures and safe alignment
• Explore breath awareness and mindful movement
• Build strength, mobility, and balance
• Develop confidence to join regular yoga classes
• Connect with others who are beginning their yoga journey
Each participant will also receive a Beginner Yoga Workbook, designed to support your learning throughout the course. The workbook includes pose guides, simple home practices, and reflection pages to help you deepen your awareness both on and off the mat.
One of the most beautiful parts of this series is the community that naturally forms when a group of beginners learn and grow together. Many students find that practicing alongside others who are on a similar path creates a sense of encouragement, connection, and belonging.
By the end of the six weeks, you will feel more confident, more connected to your body, and more at ease stepping into ongoing yoga classes.
