This is a thoughtfully paced, intermediate-level class that invites you to explore strength, stability, and fluid movement while staying deeply connected to breath and awareness. Expect sequenced flows that include intermediate postures and transitions, offering opportunities to build heat, refine alignment, and explore your edge with curiosity rather than force.
